This site is dedicated to audio podcast material created by Google Gemini, specifically by using NotebookLM to analyze PDF files. In some cases, these files will have been created by Gemini, using tools like Deep Research. In other cases, they’ll be based on Andover Intel content, other content, other views. In all cases, the post will identify the source.
The majority of content will be focused on the analysis of vendor press releases and financial results. To frame that analysis, we’ve used Gemini Deep Research to analyze the last two years of Andover Intel blogs, and construct from them our market view, called “Andover Intel Insights”. NotebookLM is then used to analyze the release or results against that viewpoint. The prompt looks something like this:
“Referring to the source “Andover Intel Insights”, construct an analysis of the source material “Vendor Release or Results ” and discuss how that second source conforms to the market conditions described in the first source.”
We set the output type to “Debate” to present exactly that, a virtual debate with one side taking a positive view and the other a skeptical view.
AI isn’t a perfect technology, and I’m not charging for this material so I can’t take the time to validate it all. Consider this an exercise in determining the value of AI, and don’t assume that it’s not throwing a flyer every now and then! And please comment on Tom Nolle’s LinkedIn post!
